We have two and three bedroom units available. The rent on the two bedroom unit is $1295 and the three bedroom unit is $1695. The apartments are pet friendly.

The deposit on the units are $500 & $700 depending on the floor plan. Gas & Electric will be placed in the residents name and paid by the resident. Water, Sewer & Trash is a flat fee of $45 or $55 per month depending on size of the unit.
