Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development, Inc. (SECED) provides incentives and develops promotional activities that market and advertise the advantages of locating a business in the Southeast Colorado area. SECED employs multiple programs to create a positive identity, encourage retention and expansion of our existing businesses. We are committed to promoting redevelopment, attraction of new businesses, the expansion of the region's tourism industry and generally enhancing the economic growth of our member counties of Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa and Prowers in Southeast Colorado.
