Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit economic development corporation that provides services to all of Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, and Prowers counties. Our primary efforts focus on supporting current employers, potential new employers bringing new money into the local economy, supporting the retail, service and professional sectors of our economy. We provide services to existing and expanding primary employers, private entrepreneurs, proprietors and private citizens.
