Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development offers low interest loans to qualifying homeowners residing in Baca, Kiowa, or Prowers counties.

SECED contracts with the Division of Housing, maintains a regional comprehensive housing plan, and improves existing housing stock in the counties of Baca, Kiowa and Prowers by offering owner occupied rehabilitation loans
 
 
Housing Rehabilitation Loans
can be used for the following repairs:
 
- electrical problems
- plumbing problems
- drafty windows
- cracking walls
- heating/cooling
- problems
- damaged/leaking roof
- frozen lines
- overcrowding
- insulation upgrade
- termite control/damage.
