Home Ownership Counseling

SECED contracts with the Colorado Housing Finance Authority to offer home ownership counseling. The intent is to provide basic guidance to consumers as they enter into home ownership. Seventythree (73) consumers entered the training and received certification making them eligible to apply for CHFA mortgages in 2003. Local lenders, realtors, and insurance agents assist with the monthly project.
